Last week, I promised to share with you what I was eating on a regular basis this week. The thing is, I can’t. It wasn’t a typical week. We went away for a few days on little, but well needed and well enjoyed, family vacation.
Eating on a get away is hard.
But, I was armed.
Snap peas, mini carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bananas, apples, and strawberries.
The other thing that made is this week a bit tricky was our routine was a bit off. Zed was away for a week for a conference and as much as I love having air popped pop corn for supper. It was also really easy for me to feed the kids cereal for breakfast, lunch and supper. Protein has been lacking.
This is really reading as if I am setting you all up to read about my gain this week, isn’t it?
I did gain.
0.8 of a lb.
Please Note: I tried to re take the photo, but when I did, the scale weighed me as 0.4 of a lb heavier, and I was NOT going to be letting that happen.
