Listen, this Ham Ball Appetizer is not pretty. After the second time I made it, I debated jazzing it up a bit so it didn’t look so ugly, but honestly, it was just so funny looking I had to keep it looking the way it does. You could always roll this Ham Ball Appetizer in nuts and shredded cheese to make it look a bit more appetizing. The thing is, it is ugly as hell but tastes soooooo good on a cracker. Plus it is super easy to make.

 

Ham Ball Appetizer

1 can of flaked ham

8 oz of cream cheese

2 Tbsp Miracle Whip

1 TBSP Pesto

1 TBSP Chopped Chives

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp dry mustard

Drain and break up ham with a fork.

Make sure the cream cheese is soft. THIS IS IMPORTANT.

Add the rest of the ingredients.

Use your hands to form into a ball.

Wrap in plastic wrap if you plan on eating at a later time.

Serve with crackers.
