My kids love Butterscotch Marshmallow Cake. They ask for it all the time, but for some terrible grinchy reason, I only make it at Christmas. I mean, can Christmas really happen without this sweet yet tangy cake?

Butterscotch Marshmallow Cake

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 pkg butterscotch chips

1 pkg chocolate chips

1 package of mini marshmallows

Melt butter, pb, chips in double boiler. Pour over marshmallows. Stir. Pack into pan. Refrigerate.

 

The kids find waiting for the baking to be ready super annoying and in return I find them even more annoying, so I usually turn on Netflix for them.
