I love baking with my kids. And they love baking with me. It is pretty much our go-to event when the kids start to get a little bit nutty on the weekend. As soon as I bring out the cook book and say “Let’s bake!” a special calmness runs through their little bodies. Memories that we are all going to cherish.
I just wish I could get their little grubby fingers out of the bowl.
Confetti Peanut Butter Snack Bites
1/2 cup Kraft Extra Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup liquid honey
1 cup large flake rolled oats
3/4 cup rice cereal
1/2 cup Fruit flavoured mini marshmallows
Mix Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter with honey and then add everything else.
We then rolled into 20 balls and then placed them in the refrigerator to chill for 20 -30 minutes.
Suggested serving size is 2 to 3 of the bites represented in the above photo
