It is beyond easy to make sweet potato chips in the T-Fal Actifry.
It’s a bit of a joke that it is so easy to make something so darn delicious. I love my T-Fal Actifry but only use it for homemade potato chips, wings and french fries.
1 large Sweet Potato or Yam
Oil of your choice, I prefer Olive Oil
Salt or seasoning of your choice.
Slice Sweet Potato or Yam into medallion sized pieces, like chips.
Lay out on tea towel and pat excess moisture off of chips with another towel.
Put in T-Fal Actify.
Add one green spoonful of Olive Oil (If you don’t have the spoon that comes with the T-Fal Actifry, use 2 tablespoons of oil.)
Set T-Fal Actifry for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes you may find that your small, thin pieces of Sweet Potato or Yam are ready. If you have thicker chips, you may need 5 more minutes.
Remove from T-Fal Actifry and add salt or seasoning of your choice.
Seal in an air tight container and enjoy within a few days.
