Baking Soda Does What…?

Whoa, say what. Arm & Hammer Baking Soda does what?

I pretty much only use it for baking and for sitting in the back of my fridge and hoping to heck that it sucks up a bunch of odours. I have also used it to brush my teeth.  I had no idea it could do all this, seriously 100 uses for Baking Soda?! Whoa. I truly had no idea that you could use it for heartburn, diaper rash and keeping ants away!

Use it for smelly hockey gear, or cleaning the bathroom or because of the gentle and all natural formula of Arm & Hammer™ Baking Soda, it’s a popular personal hygiene product for many. It can be used as a body and facial scrub, hand cleanser and a refreshing bath soak. It also helps to fight bad breath and body odour and is great for washing hair. WHO KNEW?

I am a Church & Dwight Ambassador and part of that is that I get to share amazing products with you, this time I am giving away 12 boxes of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda – one for every month of the year – in celebration of Canada’s 150th anniversary!

  1. I have lots of sterling silver jewelry. Looking forward to trying baking soda to clean it! Nicer smelling than traditional silver polish, too!!

  2. Currently I only use baking soda in my fridge. I recently learned that you could use it in your grey water tanks of your trailer to keep the odor down.. I’m so trying that…

  3. I never knew you could use it to wash your hair. Do you use it like a dry shampoo or use it with a regular shampoo?

  4. this one I am going to try- Clean and deodorize your vinyl shower curtain by sprinkling ARM & HAMMER® Baking Soda directly on a clean damp sponge or brush. Scrub the shower curtain and rinse clean. Hang it up to dry.

  5. I have always used baking soda in my laundry on my whites but had no idea it could be used to take product out of your hair. That is awesome

  6. We use baking soda for so many things but my favourite is a tie. Either de-stinkifying the litter box or freshening carpets. Both are so easy to do!

  7. Fruit and vegetable cleaner! Never would’ve thought of that! I use baking soda for the fridge, and in baking, but there are so many other uses! (So, pick me so I can try them all!)

  8. Never thought of using baking soda for cleaning up pet messes. With a new puppy this will hopefully be a cheaper method!
