I Love Shredded Cheese… #MemorableMelts

Contrary to everything you may read here at Mommy’s Weird, I like to cook.

There is a catch.  Here it is – I like to cook what I like to cook.  You are never going to see me make risotto or baked Alaska.  You are going to see me make meatloaf, pasta dishes and deserts with gelatin.

Mostly, I like to make things that require a can of soup and pre shredded cheese. Imagine my delight when I saw Kraft Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia. I bought it and started to devour it instantly.

I knew I was going to eat it all, just like this above picture, so I scoured their website looking for a great recipe.  I ended up making the Creamy Taco Unstuffed Shells.  And in perfect Kyla like fashion, I realized that I had bought the wrong Kraft Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia.  Here I was eating up all the Creamy Herb & Garlic, when I was supposed to be using the Creamy Mexicana (whoops), and before I forget you can also get it in Creamy Mozza (Hello Pizza!)

Any who….

This was a super easy dish to make, brown up your hamburger meat, add peppers, tomatoes,  onion,  and zucchini and taco seasoning.  Mix in your already cooked pasta.  Then the best part, add sour cream and Kraft Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia.  This is when you will freak out over the melt. Mix it all up and pop it into a pre sprayed casserole dish.  It was super easy to make! Then you just bake it for 20 minutes at 375.

The Melt is amazing.

Seriously.

The melt is all you’ll remember. And its so easy to use, I didn’t grate my damn fingers in the cheese grater!  Um…. that’s a win!

So, I gotta say my family loved this dish.  Mostly because of the Kraft Creamy Herb & Garlic Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia soft and creamy melt.

I mean it, look at the finished product.
